Shabby Happy

I've been getting carried away lately, with

the 'shabby' look.

I had this oak stained mirror for a long time and

one day last week thought I'd give it

'the treatment'

Started with a coat of light bluish green paint,

then a coat of white paint,

then some sanding of edges to rough it up and

 allow the green to show through,

and also to make it look like 

something I found discarded along the edge of the road.

You know: The Treatment. 

And there ya go...

another shabby chic mirror.

One thing about the shabby chic look you can't mess it up!!!
